Winter share crops will be grown entirely on our farm and will be Certified Organic with the exception of a few winter squash and the sweet potatoes. All the greens and root crops will come from Doe Run Farm. We get our sweet potatoes from a farm that has been growing them for more than 20 years and they are just the best you can find, anywhere, we think. We will be growing our wonderful varieties of head lettuce and baby greens mix, also kale, arugula, onions, salad turnips, bok choi, asian greens, gourmet mustard greens, carrots, kohlrabi, beets, and braising greens.
If you would like to join us in eating healthy, wholesome, delicious and LOCAL food this winter, let us know and we will send you a registration form.
During our winter season, due to growing space, we are selling a limited number of shares. Register soon and reserve your share.
